In the Intelligent Transport System domain, considered at large as explained here under, focus is given to R&D which requests efficient tools to bring to market innovative solutions, in the shortest possible delay, with a favorable return on investment. The challenge is to implement software frameworks able to integrate easily and efficiently various devices – sensors, actuators – offer a modular workspace and interface the already available software tools.
The mission of Intempora is to develop and edit multisensor software solutions to fit these challenging needs. RTMaps – Real Time, Multisensor, Advanced Prototyping Software –a modular multithreaded framework for real time multisensor applications is Intempora answer.
Award winning tools, RTMaps is especially designed to allow engineers and researchers to have access to an efficient and easy-to-use framework for fast prototyping and development of technologies such as embedded applications or behavior analysis applications.
RTMaps is used in various domains for advanced and breakthrough developments. Although it can be asserted that transportation is the major application domain, it has to be kept in mind that sailing competition, mobile robotics, e-health and many other fields are of interest to Intempora and can benefit from RTMaps technology. It is mainly used for technology development but also for behavior analysis in RTMaps domains of interest.
