Analytics and Third party tools

Google Analytics

INTEMPORA has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the collection and analysis of data on the behavior of website visitors. Among other things, a web analytics service tracks data about the website from which a data subject has reached a website (known as a referrer), which pages of the website were accessed, and how often and for how long a page was viewed. Web analytics is predominantly used to optimize a website and to carry out a cost-benefit analysis of online advertising.

The Controller of the Google Analytics component is:

GOOGLE
Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. Location Map.

INTEMPORA uses the code “gat._anonymizeIp” for web analytics via Google Analytics. When this code is used, Google abbreviates and anonymizes the IP address of the data subject’s Internet connection if our websites are accessed from a member state of the European Union or from another signatory state to the Treaty on the European Economic Area.
The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze visitor traffic to our website. Among other things, Google uses the data and information collected to analyze the use of our website, to compile online reports for us showing activities on our websites and to provide additional services related to the use of our website.
Google Analytics places a cookie on your IT system. For an explanation of cookies, refer to the previous chapter on cookies. By placing the cookie, Google is able to analyze how our website is used. With each visit of one of the pages of this website, which contains a Google Analytics component, the relevant Google Analytics component automatically causes the Internet browser on your IT system to transfer data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. In the course of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal data such as your IP address which Google uses, among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks and thus to enable billing of commissions
The cookie is used to store personal data, such as the time of access, the place from which the website was accessed, and the frequency of visits on our website by the data subject. With each visit to our website, such personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. The personal data is stored in the United States of America by Google. Google might forward the personal data collected with this technical process to third parties.
You can prevent our website from placing cookies, as described above, at any time by setting your Internet browser accordingly and can thus permanently withhold your consent to the use of cookies. Such settings in the Internet browser would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on your IT system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, you have the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website and the processing of these data by Google. To do so, download and install a browser add-on from the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on uses JavaScript to inform Google Analytics that no data and information on website visits must be submitted to Google Analytics. Google interprets the installation of the add-on as an objection. If your IT system is erased, reformatted or reinstalled at a later time, you must re-install the browser add-on again in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by you or another person within your sphere of influence, the browser add-on can be reinstalled or activated again.
You can also prevent your personal data from being collected by Google Analytics by clicking the following link. If you click on the link, an opt-out cookie will be stored on your device which prevents future collection of your data when visiting this website: Deactivate Google Analytics .
