A MAC address (“Physical address”) is indicated for each network adapter. Get the “Physical address” of your Ethernet adapter or Wi-Fi adapter.

2. Type ifconfig or ip a in terminal

3. Pick the MAC address (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) of your Ethernet or WiFi adapter (usually eth0 or wlan0 interface)

4. Please note that if you want to test RTMaps Embedded you need to additionally provide the MAC address of your embedded target (Rasberry PI, NVIDIA, Renesas, NXP, dSPACE).
